IZOTECHNIK manufactures various types of shell and tube heat exchangers and air coolers with use of different kinds of materials, e.g. carbon steel, heat-resisting stainless steel, copper and titanium.

One of the most interesting projects realized by us in this product area was an air-coolers system prepared for the Stripping of Sulfured Water Installation in Orlen Rafinery (Poland). Because of a very aggressive medium the tubular inserts have been totally made of titanium. Due to the prototypical character of this device the whole production process was predated by the series of researches and tests carried out by the Polish Technical Authority (UDT) as well as the Institute of Welding in Gliwice (Poland).
